【秋梨膏食譜】止咳潤肺秋梨膏!淡淡清甜梨香 舒緩喉嚨乾涸

秋梨膏絕對是秋冬季節必備的滋補養生佳品,由於天氣乾燥,很容易就會出現喉嚨乾涸的問題。而用一小勺「秋梨膏」與暖水化開飲用,不但能舒緩喉嚨,而且更達到潤肺之效,一齊睇下點整啦!

「秋梨膏」

材料:
水梨:4-5個
羅漢果:1個
生薑:60g
冰糖:70g
蜜糖(蜂蜜):80ml

做法:
1. 將水梨去皮切細,然後用攪拌機打成梨蓉(或刨蓉)。

2. 然後把梨蓉、薑片放入鍋內以中火煮30分鐘;羅漢果拍碎,放入鍋內以小火煮30分鐘。

3. 用濾網篩出汁液,加入冰糖煮至濃稠放涼。

4. 最後加入蜜糖拌勻,放入已消毒之玻璃瓶內儲存。
