位於灣仔超人氣啡紅磚牆烘焙工房Bake House,由前四季餅廚Gregoire主理,所有麵包每日新鮮出爐,精選用法國有機麵粉,招牌64層牛角包皮蛋撻最受歡迎。Bake House灣仔分別經常都大排長龍,依家中環開新店,港島區的朋友就有多間分店試到不同款式的麵包啦!
灣仔店內設有開放式餅房,未知中環SOHO分店的裝潢如何呢?!

Sourdough Egg Tart ($12)
平時食開蛋撻都會揀酥皮或曲奇皮,但Bake House嘅蛋撻皮同牛角包一樣,超鬆軟!可以食完一個又一個~
