Owl's Choux係一間將意大利手工雪糕Gelato結合法式泡芙作為主打嘅甜品店,係正K11對面嘅街角。真係岩哂係尖沙咀食完晚飯轉下場食甜品啊~

焦糖燉蛋泡芙 ($28)

嘩~呢個真係好食到飛上天,上面個層焦糖係帶軟綿黏黏嘅質感,香香嘅焦糖就好似食緊平時BBQ燒香左嘅棉花糖咁~而中間個層雲呢拿吉士醬真係好香濃~泡芙就好酥脆!真係好食到感動流淚啊!PresslogicPhoto from Presslogic

法式小泡芙 (小$25; 大$35)
仲有呢個一口小泡芙啊,黎緊係聖誕節仲會推出呢個用左朱古力榛子而整成嘅版本!出面嘅外層灑上大大粒海鹽,中間有甜甜嘅榛子醬,一啖可以食哂真係好幸福呢~

天鵝絨泡芙 ($58)
佢地招牌到街知巷聞嘅有Red Velvet泡芙,外層係烘熱左嘅天鵝絨泡芙,中間夾住雲呢拿杏仁Gelato再淋上帶陣陣香甜味嘅士多啤梨玫瑰漿,再配上粒粒嘅天鵝絨蛋糕~紅色嘅外表真係好可愛!仲要真係好好味,外層鬆脆帶微甜,同入面冰凍綿密嘅原味Gelato配合得天衣無縫~真係好想再食多個!仲未食嘅你要快啲去試下喇!
